FreeMiNT is a modern open source
MiNT kernel combined with the optional
AES replacement,
XaAES.
The Project
The
FreeMiNT project is actively developed, and at the time of writing (2010), is going through a major process of updating for use with GCC 4.4.2 (& 4.4.3). On the
Posix (interwiki) side of thing, as far as porting
Linux (interwiki) applications and libraries, only virtual memory management and threading is missing.
