Reference list rules

References should appear in WikiPendium only in very specific cases, like two documentations being in contradiction, or one documentation being wrong about a specific subject.

Formating rules are quite simple. Just watch out the format used in the ReferenceList, and be as exhaustive when adding a new reference. For example, ISBN is a really cool information about a book.
