GFA Basic 3.6 Editor Shortcuts
Some new shortcuts have been introduced in this late version of the GFA Basoc editor. As these are not really documented, I give you here is the list I came up with after some testing:
As with Atari standards, the
Control key is presented with the "
^" character.
- ^R --> Page up
- ^Z --> End of listing
- ^Insert --> Start of listing
- ^Y (or ^Delete) --> Cut whole line into line-buffer
- ^U --> Insert the line present in the line-buffer
- ^P --> Put text until end of line into micro-buffer
- ^O --> Output micro-buffer
- ^Q (or F4) --> Bloc command shortcut
- ^F (or ^L) --> Find next command shortcut
- ^G --> Goto line (specified by a line number)
- ^J (or ^M) --> Equivelent to the Return key
- ^K --> Bloc end command shortcut
- ^C --> Page down
- ^B --> Bloc begin command shortcut
- ^N (or Insert) --> Insert new line
- ^E --> Replace next command shortcut
- ^I --> go backward to preceding tabulation mark
Nota: micro-buffer and line-buffer are differents, which is really usefull for some (rather complex) text manipulations!
